Prof. Dr. Yüksel Ersoy is an efficient, dedicated, experienced and respected law firm operating in Turkey in local and international business and commercial law fields, particularly specialized in joint ventures, consortia, establishment of various kinds of companies, contract implementation in private or public settings and litigation at court or arbitration proceedings as well as other kinds of alternative dispute resolution.
The current Managing Partner of Ersoy Law Office is Görkem Ersoy, who studied law at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, United Kingdom between the years 1994-1997, after obtaining his BA Degree in 1994 in International Relations at the Bilkent University in Ankara, Turkey.
Since its inception, Ersoy Law Office has successfully advised a wide range of local and international entrepreneurs and multinational enterprises.
The Office is active in consulting, dispute resolution, debt collection, mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate re-structuring, insolvency and bankruptcy.
Since its foundation the firm has been specializing in representing Turkish and foreign companies doing business in Turkey and abroad in all legal aspects at every level.
Additionally, the Office provides consultancy services to several foreign embassies in Turkey with regards to their need to obtain information about Turkish Law.
